Authentic Southern Italian seafood pasta with prawns, scallops, mussels, clams and cherry tomatoes. Lets find out how it was.
Pasta were cooked perfectly, not too soft nor under. It was almost as if the pasta were handmade and not off the shelves. Clams, scallops and prawns were generously added. But at $34 a pop, we expected them to be.
However, the gist of this seafood pasta wasn’t the above, but its sauce. It wasn’t overtly acidic, but rather carried a mild yet delightful sweetness and depth. Each strand of pasta was so full bodied with flavour, immensely soaked with all the goodness from the stock that was used.
Definitely a pricey seafood pasta at Waterfall Ristorante Italiano, but with the utmost quality.
