As we strolled through the supermarket, a Bibigo promoter introduced us to their new frozen pork and vegetable gyoza dumplings.
Attractive packaging and a discounted price of $5.75 (from the original price of $7.40) caught our attention. The cooking instructions were simple and straightforward. We opted for pan-frying and were pleasantly surprised by the taste – quite decent!
Although we did not count the number of dumplings, there appeared to be approximately 20 pieces in the pack. We added oil to a heated frying pan and directly placed the frozen dumplings in it. It is worth noting that thawing the dumplings beforehand may cause the skin to stick to the pan.
After 7 minutes, the bottom of the dumplings had turned brownish and slightly charred. The interior was juicy, crunchy, and hot – overall, quite enjoyable!
In summary, these frozen pork and vegetable dumplings by Bibigo are a quick, easy, and healthy snack or side dish option that offers a decent taste.
