Gorgeously plated, twirling rich chocolate syrup drizzled round, 2 wedges of sweet strawberries, a huge scoop of vanilla ice cream and a warm palm sized chocolate cake in the middle.
The oozing chocolate flowing out of the dense and sweet cake was piping hot with extremely rich and creamy molten chocolate with nutty fragrance.
Vanilla ice cream was mundane and expected. Mixed in with the rich dense cake and crushed nuts, and we got ourselves a lovely concert of different texture and sweetness level all in one bite.
At $16 for such a delicate and lovely dessert, Chocolate Lava Cake is certainly one of our recommended item to order at Canopy Bishan.
