Generous amount of cheese sauce thrown into the mix of al dente macaroni pasta, with ham slices in bite size.
Gooey, cheesy and creamy on the inside and subtly caramelized on the top, a mixed of delightfully charred bits together with the thick cheese created an almost sensational texture.
At $17 for mac and cheese, it was certainly an over the top item in terms of price against the nature of such simple dish. But the quality was certainly matched with such richness and complexity.
