    YumzYumz tried out one of Steakgrill Steak House’s pasta dish, sausage and mushroom pmodoro, and let’s dive in and see how it fared.

    Presented on a gigantic plate, a small blob of spaghetti was carefully plated in the middle, with garnish and sautéed mushrooms. On the sides were 2 elongated sausages that looked nicely grilled and resting on some greens.

    Pasta was nicely cooked, with not too salty nor overpowering sauce, and was really thick and full of bits and pieces.

    Pomodoro sauce difference from marinara lies in the textures. Marinara is runnier, and it is usually full ingredient chunks. Pomodoro on the other hand needs to be thicker and smooth in texture.

    We thought this dish was more of a reduced marinara than pomodoro. But what do we know about food ^^. We just love to eat.

    Sausages were juicy and if they were made in house, awesome. If it was factory made, then meh…..

    Steakgrill Steak House pricey price tag for their sausage and mushroom pomodoro at $21 is definitely not justified in our simpleton opinion. Nevertheless, it was tasty and filling.
