What to eat for dessert at Tamago-EN? We tried out their berry souffle pancake in this food review.
Soft and fluffy pancake, jiggly even with a slight shake. Light and subtly sweet, topped with maple syrup and icing sugar. Topped with fresh cream that was over the to thick and aromatically sweet, went lovingly well with the souffle pancakes. On the sides were sliced sweet strawberries and pistachio for the extra crunchy texture and nutty flavour, along with some mixed berry sauce.
At $13.90 a serving, Tamago-EN’s berry soufflé pancake was fairly priced with a adequate quantity with excellent service.
