The latest creation at KFC Singapore, Zingerito was launched, and this review is how we felt about it. We prayed it wasn’t as disastrous of a monstrosity as Pizza Hut’s Bubble Tea pizza or Popeye’s Big Bang waffle burger.
The Zingertio wrap consist of KFC’s Zinger chicken fillet, turkey bacon slices, mozzarella & cheddar, mayonnaise, and mac ‘n cheese.
The chicken fillet was tender, chunky, which was what was expected. The toasted tortilla wrap was soft and fluffy, Mayonnaise and cheese went really well with the chicken, and the bacon was a great addition which gives it the extra bite. The macaroni was slightly “tough”, and although we prefered it to be alittle softer, it is to one’s preference.
At $6.35 as an à la carte option and $11.55 Zingerito Box which we got, it certainly was a satisfying meal.
Nothing spectacular nor surprising, but with all the familiar KFC ingredients combined, the Zingerito was nice and satisfactory.
