Located within the atas area of Singapore, Rubato is really well known for their pricey yet amazing dishes. We tried out their mushroom pizza for delivery and here is how we thought of it.
Listed as In Search of Wild Mushrooms on their menu and hand stretched pizza. Each cost $22.90, which seems to be in the range of other mainstream pizzas with huts or from Canada. Its quality was somewhat superior compared to others.
Its base and crust were fluffy and had an indescribable freshness to it. Side crust wasn’t though and thick, but crispy and chewy.
The amount of sliced mushrooms were generous and tasted absolutely meatilicious. Paired with the tomato sauce and aromatic cheezy mix, it was a wonderful experience. Definitely recommended.
