What to eat at Mapletree Business City during lunch time? How about some wanton noodles at Wok Master Express which we had for this wanton mee food review.
Served on a huge circular plate with appetizing plating, the noodles were springy and marvelously seaoned with their exceptional sauce mix, slightly greasy but flavourful and hitting all the right spots. It had a alluring sheen to it, luring us into finishign every strain. ^^
Char siew slices were fatty yet beautifully charred on the sides, deep sweet and savoury taste, delightful and addictive. Their chili on the side went harmoniously with the lusciously made noodles. The 3 wantons on the side were plump with a crunchy shrimp wrapped within, with its fillings bursting with flavours and texture. Absolutely enjoyable.
It was priced at $10.80 per set which comes with a choice of drink. Quantity was ample and filling. At a location like MBC, such pricing was probably a norm in a airconditioned eatery.
