YumzYumz visited Steakgrill Steak House within the heartlands of Ang Mo Kio. Grilled pork tenderloin served with truffle cream sauce was what we got and let’s see how it went.
In the middle of a huge platter were two huge slabs of shimmering pork chops. The sweet and smokey aroma filled our nostrils the second it hit our table. Craving right in exposes it’s glorious tender flesh, with its fatty juice ozzing out and blending with the fat applied on the grill. A pleasant confusion started messing with our heads as umami hits our taste buds. Tender and tenderlicious. And with their amazing thick and creamy truffle cream sauce added, it took the poultry to the next whole level. On the sides we had their mac and cheese, and it was done ol’ so well. Creamy, al dente, and gloriously satisfying.
Not the most expensive item on Steakgrill Steak House menu at $16, their Truffle Pork Chops are definitely ridiculously fantastic and one we will highly recommend.
