Tender, tasty and flesh falling off the bones, we gave COLLIN’S signature roasted BBQ ribs a try and this is our food review of it.

Smokey and deep flavoured, COLLIN’S BBQ pork ribs were so soft and tender, the flesh could be pulled and the bones fell off literally. Inside was moist and fatty, with tons of flavour. Having this could means saying goodbye to weeks of exercising efforts, but it was just so damn good, even after journeying through the delivery process. French fries were sadly oily, cold, and yucks…

Corn on the cob was nice, coupled with fresh crunchy greens with sourish sweet dressing. Truffle mushroom soup, made with button mushrooms, truffle oil, fresh cream and croutons (these were in their menu description). A note thought that croutons should be packed separately instead of them them swimming in the soup all the way during delivery.

Overall, it was an oily affair, topped with greasy yummy bbq pork ribs. Together with their Grilled Chicken Chop as one of their special of the day, it cost $22.42, which is definitely worth it compared to dining in. Tasty, yummilicious, and filling, great for working from home. ^^
