If you are looking for indulgence filled with umami and creamy, Majestic Bay’s signature lobster noodles will definitely fit that description. YumzYumz heads down to Gardens by the Bay and here is our food review of it.
Presented on a huge plate with bright red lobster chunks on top of some gooey looking noodles and some ginger spring onion garnish within. As stated in their menu, this is for sharing between 2 to 3 pax.
Each lobster chunk with shell still intact, was firm and glazed nicely with an intense sauce. And that sauce was the integral part of why this dish took us by surprise. It was deep, creamy and infused deeply with lobster essence, and the whole damn heap of noodles had the sauce soaked up real good.
As soon as the noodles hit our palate, it was like the lobster had came back to live in our mouths with umami filled flavouring. Every strand of noodles was pretty delicate and held the sauce well. Extremely delectable.
Even with a really steep price of $68++ a plate, Majestic Bay’s signature lobster noodles is still their most popular dish and understandably so with such terrific quality.
