Which fishball noodle stall to order from at Bukit Timah? YumzYumz head to Sheng Cheng Fishball Noodles for this food review.
This stall is one of the more popular stall in the hawker centre, so be prepared to be in queue for around 15minutes. And they usually sell out before lunch.
Fishballs were springy and savoury with acceptable size. Garnish on top made it appealing and provided the needed crunch in every bite. 2 slices of fishcakes on top which were nothing out of the norm. Noodle sauce mix was greasy and flavourful, coating every strain of noodle well. Noodles were springy and the usual type found anywhere. Bits and pieces of minced pork were everywhere, even in the soup, which was pleasantly nice.
Priced at $3, $4, $5.
We got the $3 order, and quantity was ample if you aren’t really hungry. Quality was nice and probably suitable to have on a daily basis.
But the auntie was somewhat rude and impatient, while the queue is usually crazily long.
