As for the Signature Fragrant Spicy Sauce, it delivered an extra kick without numbing your taste buds like mala sauce. The aroma was captivating, and while it was slightly oily, it was satisfyingly fragrant. This sauce, paired with the perfectly grilled Patin fish, was an absolute flavor explosion. It was, without a doubt, yummilicious!
