Savor the Flavor of Roast Paradise’s Char Siew and Roast Pork Rice

Recommended to us for their audaciously famous tasty char siew, we visited Roast Paradise at Old Airport Road hawker for this roasted pork and char siew rice food review.

Char siew were thick and totally lean meat. We were expecting some form of fatty greasy action going on, but it was not to be. Instead, they were thick and chunky, tender and lean char siew. Its exterior were savoury and well caramelized. Not exactly the melt in your mouth type but definitely tender. On the other had, their roast pork were more intriguing and exciting than their char siew counterpart. Roast pork skin were crunchy and briny, with a well balanced fat to meat ratio in the middle. Not too greasy with a well balanced delectable porky satisfaction. Coupled with the protein chunks was a saucer of sticky sweet sauce that elevated the char siew and roast pork flavour. Rice was bursting with fragrance and grainy, not mushy and clumpy. Coming at $5.80 an order, quantity was justifiable, especially for alluring roasted pork and char siew.

Roast Paradise certainly knows their stuff with their tenderlicious char siew and elegant roast pork at Old Airport Road hawker.
