Simple and delicious prawn noodles for anyone visiting Kampung Admiralty. Here is YumzYumz food review of Ah Choon’s prawn noodles.
The noodles were nicely blanched, and with a well mixed sauce together with their prawn broth. Portion was slightly under whelming for a $4 bowl.
Pork slices were slightly tough, and subtly marinated. Prawns were halved, and wasn’t exactly crunchy.
The star was still the prawn soup, which was slightly cloud and deep with prawn flavour, but not as intense as some other stalls.
Priced at $4, it wasn’t the best that we have tried, but was a decent bowl of prawn noodles.
