Previously located at Ang Mo Kio central’s S-11 food center, YumzYumz visited their new stall located at Ang Mo Kio block 347 and tried their Pork Chops. How did we find it?
For $7, we got 2 palm sized pork chops, slightly tough, with greasy creamy mushroom sauce coating the meat. Similar to their chicken chops, the pork chops had a unique subtle seasoning, resembling chinese wine or similar.
Although slightly tough, it is for the best as an overly tender pork chops probably won’t taste or feels like, well, pork chops. Tough as it may be, it was still juicy and nicely grilled.
The fats versus flesh ratio was just right, giving every bite a satisfying feel. And with the complimenting sauce, it was a rather decent and filling meal.
