Located right at the entrance corner, it is hard to miss them as there is always a long queue during lunch time. We ordered beef rendang, mussels, and a begedil. The curry vegetables came along when we asked for gravy. All these cost $5.50. Is it worth queuing up? Definitely!
The meat was slightly tough, but the rendang gravy was so thick and delicious. You can literally have this alone with rice.
Their begedil (fried potato patty) is one of their simple awesome items. Crispy on the outside, flavour packed on the inside. How can you not order nasi padang without a begedil, and definitely not at this nasi padang stall. So goooood!
Their mussels are sweet and slight spiciness to it. A decent dish to add to your meal.
Their awesome sedap yummy zingy belacan chili sauce is one to die for. Not for those who cant take spicy stuff. It goes really well with rice and almost anything else. It is a must have when you try them out. Yummy!
The darker sambal chili has a smokey and deeper taste compared to the ligher spicier belacan.
