What to get for a quick bite at Galaxis, One-North? Sandwich perhaps? We went for Sloppy B’s moola, which is a sliced beef sandwich for this food review.

Slightly shorter than subway’s 6inch sanwich, Slooby B’s sandwich were packed really tight with tons of ingredients. In this case, their item named moola, had some thinnly sliced beef, tender and savoury, some crunchy translucent onion slices, chopped chinese kale, lettuce, tomatoes, melted cheddar and american cheese to hold all the veggies in. Some dijon dressing , and as listed on their menu, some “come back sauce”. We thought it was some spelling mistake or typo. But apparently, sorry for our lack of knowledge (but now we know ^^) , Comeback sauce is a classic Southern sauce that originated in Jackson, Mississippi. Originally, it was the house dressing served at the Greek restaurant, The Rotisserie, and today you’ll find it on many Mississippi restaurant menus. The name comes from the traditional goodbye in Mississippi. Thanks Google.

Anyways…. sauce mix of dijon and comeback sauce were surprisingly mixed harmoniously, uplifting the beef slices. Portion of beef slices were sadly underwhelming. Mixed of veggies were nice and had lots of crunchy texture going on.

For $10.90, it was kind of over priced for a sandwich like this, but still tasty in a way. We added $3 for mini truffle fries on the sides, and well, certainly could have done without it.

In a nutshell, it was filling and felt like a healthy lunch at Sloppy B with their moola sandwich, but could have been better.
