Instead of their usual mainstay curry and rice, we had Monster Curry’s monster fish burger for this food review.
In no way would we had anticipated the size of Monster Curry’s fish burger. Not the size of the burger per se, but rather the huge slab of fish fillet smacked in the middle of a normal sized bun. It was literally a whole fried fish fillet that you get from fish and chips, in the middle of a burger. Crispy, greasy, and flaky on the inside. Taste wasn’t out of the norm, but satisfying. There was thousand island and tartar sauces on it, capped with a fluffy bun nicely buttered and caramelized on the inside.
On the side were fries with a saucer of curry mayo, which was surprisingly pleasant and tasty.
At $11.80 for a big fried fish burger at Monster Curry, it was filling and tasty, and nice alternative besides their curry and rice.
