Korean scallion pancake or pa jeon, is always a popular side dish we get at Korean restaurants. We had our pa jeong at ManNa for this Korean pancake food review.
Decent size with tons of spring onions added with thin slices of red chili added for heat and aesthetics. Pancake batter was soft and delectable with lots of crunchy action going on. On top of that, its surface is nice and crisp from the pan frying, with certains psots charred. Coupled with their sesame sauce on the side, added another dimension of taste to every bite. Squid slices or rather squid bits were few but noticeable, adding another layer of texture.
At $14.80 an order of pajeong at ManNa Korean Restaurant, it was perhaps a nice addition but not exactly necessary.
