Brightly lighted in th emiddle of Changi Hawker Centre, YumzYumz tried Woon Woon’s white beehoon and this is what we have reviewed about their lala slice fish white beehoon.
All of their menu items were quite pricey and the cheapest was $5, and that was what we got.
The beehoon wasn’t broken into small pieces, instead was firm and soaked with the goodness of the broth. The broth was amazingly tasty, emitting a brilliance of wok hey the moment it hits the tip of our tongue. We got about 5 chunky tender tasty fish slices mixed among about 8 pieces of juicy clams. Their fried pork lard were fluffy and crispy, providing the needed crunchy texture along with the veggies for this white beehoon dish.
Priced at $5, Woon Woon’s Lala Slice Fish White Beehoon was really tasty, solely because of the broth they have concocted that brought the best out of the white beehoon and seafood.
