At $15.90 a plate, Swensen’s Impossible burgers are indeed tasty. We got the Rendang Impossible and Garlic Aioli Impossible, and both tasted awesome.

You simply can’t tell whether the patty wasn’t meat based. It was juicy and so damn satisfying. The rendang sauce complimented the meaty patty completely. The garlic mayonnaise sauce was creamy and blended nicely with the juicy burger.
Impossible as it may sound, it may really be the future of how food will be made and sold.
