Every grain of rice were separate and covered a pleasant sheen and eggy fragrance. Wok hei wasn’t over whelmingly present, but the springiness of the short grain rice was impeccable.
Laid on top were chunky strips of juicy pork chops with nicely sizzled caramelized exterior. The texture of its flesh were almost crunchy yet tenderlicious, probably due to added baking soda.
