Nested along the numerous joints at Holland Village, we visited Craftsmen Specialty Coffee for their full breakfast item for this food review.

First off was their sauteed mushrooms, which tasted more like boiled mushrooms that was begging for more seasoning. Bratwurst was huge, juicy and savoury. Grilled bacon was sadly dry and tough, almost like it was killed a second time round. 2 poached eggs were beautifully done, gooey yolk enveloped by custardy whites. Sourdough was somewhat stale, with alittle fluffiness retained. Finally on the sides were the usual mundane baked beans, juicy and sweet cherry tomatoes and greens with appetizing vinaigrette.

Worth nothing was their exceptional cherry and friendly service who were friendly and helpful.

Portion was good, especially if its for a brunch. But at $27 a plate, it was definitely a pricey item that we will probably not return for at Craftsmen Specialty Coffee.
