Having supper at Chomp Chomp is impossible to not have fried oyster omelette or orh luak, the gooey wok hey omelette with oysters added in. YumzYumz tried out Chomp Chomp Fried Oyster, which is aptly the stall’s name.
Potato starch being the important ingredient to achieve the right consistency, they certainly got their measurements all in place. Fried egg was gooey and absolutely fragrant, with certain parts beautifully charred and crispy.
Oysters tasted fresh and chewy, lovely married with the eggs, and chili sauce.
Chili sauce was tangy, zesty and spicy, elevating the whole dish’s taste.
We got the $5 order, and portion was quite alright, with about 6~7 oysters, but taste was amazingly satisfying.
