Previously located at Ang Mo Kio central’s S-11 food center, YumzYumz visited their new stall located at Ang Mo Kio block 347 and tried their fish and chips. How did we find it?
Our fish came freshly deep fried, crispy crunchy crust and a slightly seasoned. The inside flesh was silky smooth, with an obvious savoury taste. They seasoned their fish fillet in advanced, breaded, and deep fried. It wasn’t soggy, watery, nor was it flaky. Paired with their tar tar sauce, it was certainly a treat to behold.
At $6.50, it came with the usual sides of coleslaw, french fries, baked beans and a piece of crunchy garlic bread.
Fish and chips at Rasa Sayang is how all fish and chips should be. Tasty fish with crunchy texture to go along with, it can’t get any better than this.
