Ji Ji Noodle House again. This time is on their dumpling noodles. Five huge fresh prawn dumplings together with crispy pork lard, braised mushrooms, together with their awesome noodles.
For $4.50 a bowl, it’s worth every cent. The amazingly conjured noodle sauce mixed up together with the rest of the goodies gives you a multitude layers of texture and flavour.
The prawn in their dumplings are not mashed or chopped. It is wrapped in whole, so that the fresh prawn crunch can still be felt when chewed.
In a way, everything served by Ji Ji Noodle House is nothing short but exceptional.
