What makes a good chinese rojak salad? Is it the sauce? The ingredients? We say it is definitely the sauce. Mun Theng Fang is tended by a pair of friendly elderly couple.
They churn out a really decent addictive rojak. Their prawn tamarind paste sauce is thick and yummy.
Their ingredients are the usual of bean sprouts, ground peanut, torch ginger aka Rojak flower, tau pok (beancurd puffs), turnip(jicama or mang kuang), cucumber, pineapples, and of course you tiao (fried dough fritters).
Everyone’s favourite fried dough fritters were sadly less than 5 pieces for a $5 order. Definitely a decent side dish to go along with a main.
