Chicken Schnitzel, as what Happy Chef Western Food at Kallang calls it, Chicken Shnitzel, cost $7 a plate. Was it good? It wasn’t bad, but it sure wasn’t the best we had. The crust did had some seasonings of herbs and spices, but barely.
It could help with slightly more salt. The inside was close to tastelessness except for the oiliness.
As mediocre as it may seem, it certainly holds a higher standing than what other dishes Happy Chef Western Food offers. And that itself speaks volume of the degree of quality you can expect. Mediocrity.
