Previously located at Ang Mo Kio central’s S-11 food center, YumzYumz visited their new stall located at Ang Mo Kio block 347 and tried their chicken cutlet. How did we find it?

Crispy, crunchy chicken cutlet with juicy tender inner flesh was what we got at Rasa Sayang. Unlike other western food stalls’ chicken cutlet, the breaded exterior had a unique and obvious seasoning to it, almost similar to their grilled chicken chop, but in this case, marvelously deep fried. One obvious aspect of their chicken cutlet, was it being not overtly oily, showing how they controlled their oil temperature.

At $7 a plate, we got a decently toasted garlic bread slice, some mundane coleslaw, french fries and baked beans as sides.

Tasty, flavourful, not oily even though deep fried, crunchy, juicy. If these aren’t what customers look for in a chicken cutlet meal, we don’t know what else.
