Right opposite NTU and near the west end of Singapore, YumzYumz visited M.A.D Kitchen and tried out their chicken cutlet and this is our food review of how it went.

The size of the chicken cutlet was big, and makes quite a hearty meal. The crust was really crispy and a subtle hint of seasoning to it. The inner flesh was somewhat dry and lack of seasoning. There seems to be a lack of thickness to the meat, seems like it was brutally pounded to make it flatter and bigger.

The sides we chose were the mash potatoes and seasonal vegetables and nothing worth mentioning.

At $7.50 for such mediocre chicken cutlet quality in a heartland coffee shop, it won’t be our pick for our next meal.
