This concoction at everyone’s familiar ramen restaurant in Singapore is one that gives you al dente ramen noodles, nicely fried chicken cutlet, and a suspiciously familiar curry broth/soup.
First off, the chicken cutlet came as crispy and crunchy crust, with juicy inside. Along with the drizzled mayonnaise, it was delightful with every bite. The noodles were chewy and just right, as what you will expect from any decent ramen place.
It came along with half a ramen egg, or Ajitsuke Tamago.
For the broth, it was decently thick and slightly spicy. The one thought that came to our mind while we slurp through it, was that it tasted almost exactly like what you get from instant curry noodles, particularly Myojo curry noodles. ^^
You get a side if you ordered it as a meal, and we got the takoyaki. It was decent, fluffy and tasty.
The food we got was decent and filling. But the service we got was great. The young staff were polite, and responsive. That is what every customer facing staff should be, and what you get will be happy returning customers.
