Right opposite NTU and near the west end of Singapore, YumzYumz visited M.A.D Kitchen and tried out their delicious chicken chop and this is our food review of how it went.
This was by far the best item we tried among 3 orders we had. Both fish and chips and chicken cutlet were at most acceptable. But this chicken chop of theirs was really delightful. It was flavourful through and through, grilled to perfection with an inviting slightly charred exterior. The inside was so moist, juicy and tenderlicious with its brown sauce bringing out its best flavour.
The fries were cold and soggy, while the coleslaw was made just right, crunchy, sweet and creamy.
At $7.50 a plate, M.A.D Kitchen’s chicken chop was well worth the price in terms of quality and quantity, and definitely the one item where we will consider ordering again.
