Phase 2 Heightened Alert, season 2 is here, and so YumzYumz ordered KFC’s cereal chicken for delivery. Since it is KFC, it is a given that it will be oily. But how about tastiness? Let’s review KFC cereal chicken.
We ordered their Zinger Variety Box, and as mentioned, it was oily oily oily. It came with nuggets, chicken tenders, zinger burger, mashed potatoes and 4 pieces of cereal chicken, which cost $28.95, excluding delivery.
Side note, there is a reason why everyone associates good nuggets to McDonalds, as KFC’s chicken nuggets are a far cry from being labeled as nice. (We just have to get that out of our system ^^).
Anyways, KFC’s cereal chicken means hot & crispy chicken with flavoured oatmeal with curry leaves mixed together. It was spicy, due to the chicken base, and not the cereal mix.
Cereal mix was savoury (sweet and salty), buttery and somewhat addictive. The pairing with their hot and crispy chicken was certainly satisfying and pleasant from the usual.

It is great that the fast food industry is trying to spice things up during the pandemic period, especially with such unique and alluring quality.
