Famous cafe at Bukit Timah, diagonally opposite Adam Road Food Centre, we made our Atlas Coffeehouse visit and had their buttered broccoli bowl for this food review.
Besides the usual truffle fries or normal fries, we tried out their buttered broccoli for our side order to go along with their amazing carbonara. Broccolis were nicely charred to a golden brown on the florets, giving a pleasant crisp texture. Savoury but greasy, perhaps baked with buckets of butter as we noticed a pool of butter at the bottom. Not exactly the healthier choice to fries, but a nice change.
At $14.50, their buttered broccoli was a pleasant snack to go along with their other mains while savouring their aromatic coffee.
