Dine in! whoo hoo! First day of reopen for dine-in, we head down to Columbus Coffee Co at Upper Thomson, and we got their burnt brussel sprouts as our sides and here is our food review of it.

Huge platter of nicely charred greens as sides instead of the usual fake truffel french fries was definitely refreshing. A generous portion for sides, sufficient for 3 to 4 pax to share. Slightly oily, but if you like deep fried potatoes, this is definitely a good alternative. There were chunky pieces which had the usual brussel sprouts bitterness, but the leafy exterior were crispy and well seasoned, almost like seaweed. Bitter sweet and salty, with nicely charred flavour. So tasty! On top of it were shavings of parmesan cheese, adding an additional layer of taste. So satisfying!

At $12.80, these burnt brussel sprouts were the most expensive sides they had, but definitely worth it, and highly recommended.
