Beef were slices of lean meat with well balanced fat proportion within. Chewy and beefy flavour, soaking in their beautifully brewed 红烧 braised beef soup, savoury and subtly sweet. Beef was not the most tenderlicious we had, but still acceptable. Topped with some chinese celery for the aromatic herby taste, and some 酸菜 pickled vegetable for the exquisite sourish flavour, as well as the crunchy texture. We picked ramen for our noodles choice, and it was springy and delectable.
Service was fantastic, with the staff being really friendly and helpful. Food was served pretty swiftly. Portion was ample, in terms of noodles and the beef was given quite generously.
At $12.30 for braised marbled beef noodles at LeNu, it was worthed it, considering the ambience and service.
