Black Tap’s award-winning Greg Norman burger is a blue cheese indulgence that we couldn’t wait to sink our teeth into. As a three-time winner at the NYC Wine & Food Festival’s “Burger Bash,” this burger had quite the reputation to live up to, and it did not disappoint.

The juicy, caramelized wagyu patty was perfectly seasoned and packed with flavor. Topped with a generous portion of melted blue cheese, the burger was a marriage of rich and intense flavors that left our taste buds dancing. However, the overpowering blue cheese did make it difficult to fully appreciate the wagyu patty on its own.

The buns were perfectly grilled and buttered, while the fresh arugula provided a necessary crunch to balance out the greasy patty. The house-made buttermilk-dill sauce was a smooth and fragrant addition to the burger.

Served with fresh lettuce, juicy tomato, irresistible french fries, and a halved pickle, this burger was a gastronomic treat from start to finish. And with friendly, attentive staff providing exceptional service, the experience was even better.

At $27, the Greg Norman burger may be pricey, but for any blue cheese and wagyu lover, it’s an indulgence that’s worth every penny.
