Japanese fusion themed restaurant serving delectable sandwiches, Sando is perhaps one of the more secluded jems we ever had, and we shall do a review on their beef menchi katsu sandwich.

Menchi, meaning minced, so its actually beef minced katsu sandwich. Its beef pattywas stuffed with shredded cheddar cheese, savoury and creamy, tender and juicy. Its bread was beautifully buttered and grilled, with a layer of creamy green goddess tar tar for the extra velvety texture. Beneath the delectable meat patty were some crunchy and fresh arugula, slices of juicy sweet tomatoes. Within their menu description was potato dip, but with all the assembled ingredients, we couldn’t tell what or where the potato dip was. ^^ However, it was a marvelously put together sandwich with awesome ingredients.

At $14.50 for a beef menchi katsu sandwich at Sando, it was definitely full of quality ingredients and filling to the tummy.
