Supper at Chomp Chomp has got to have some bbq action going. Besides chicken wings and satays, the next item has to be bbq stingray which we are doing for this food review from Fu BBQ Seafood.
After almost 45minutes of wait, we were served our gloriously fragrant sambal stingray served on a banana leaf. Sambal was greasy and not pasty, seeping nicely into the the flesh of the stingray. Fragrant and savoury with subtle sweetness on the tastebuds. Stingray flesh was soft, smooth and tender, infused with all the delectable sambal chili and the effusive charring and caramelizing mastery.
We ordered the smallest portion of $15, and it was amply enough for us to savour all of its goodness. Sizes comes at $15 , $20, $25, $30
