There are quite a few fried oyster stalls at chomp chomp. Wondering which stall to order, we tried out Ang Sa Lee Fried Oyster for this food review.
Gooey and full of egg fragrance, their omelette was fried till golden with immense wok hey, savoury with alluring delicacy. Omelette was fluffy yet held in its own richness of texture and provided a hedonistic power that assaults the senses. Oysters were big and juicy, complementing and married perfectly with the irresistible omelette. Dip into their runny yet potent and zesty chili sauce is a must to elevate the enjoyment level.
Prices comes at $5 , $8 , $10. We got the $5, and was generously given.
With such amazing complex and rich fried oyster omelette, friendly owners with generous quantity, it is definitely one everyone should try.
