Sheng Mian @ Seletar Sheng Mian and Mian Fen Guo
Similar to De Ji Cooked Food, noodles were nice and firm, holding the soup really well. Soup was starchy, but slightly subtle in terms of taste compared to De Ji Cooked Food. Minced pork were leaner, thus soup wasn’t as “cloudy” in comparison. They had a prawn added, which gave it an edge in terms of sweetness.

Conclusion
Although both stalls offer sheng mian, but are somewhat different in terms of soup base. However, our preference will probably lean slightly towards De Ji Cooked Food, just because of their fully soup body. If you disagree with this, do remember that it is our opinion.
