Located at Paya Lebar Quarter (PLQ Mall), Wursthans Switzerland offers Swiss style food items, and YumzYumz tried their Rothorn Rosti. Here is what we reviewed how we thought of it.

The Rothorn Rosti item consist of a pile of Smoked Salmon which is what one will expect from smoked salmon, savoury and mushy. Their Purple Sauerkraut was overtly pungent and we found it difficult to handle. Crunchy with intensely sour, it was uncomfortably pungent when placed into the mouth. It is definitely a personal preference for some may find it delightful.

The rosti was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and the size was generous and thick. Considering that some rosti tends to be too oily, Wursthans Switzerland’s rosti was made nice and dry. The housemade sour cream on the side complements the rosti really well, although it was intended for the smoked salmon.

Priced at $21.90, it certainly was alittle expensive, but the food quality was definitely satisfying and enjoyable.
