One of the stalls in the Koufu foodcourt that has the longest lunch queue every weekday, COVID or no COVID days.
At $5.50, you get roasted chicken and charsiew rice. The chicken was moist, tender and so yummy. Along with the oil that they drizzle on, it’s one of the best food items in the whole Koufu.
Their charsiew is slightly dry but still flavourful, and with their sauce, its a delight to have this for any meal.
The rice wasn’t mushy, strong flavour, not too oily, JUST NICE!
The chili is decent and nothing to shout about.
They were really friendly and polite with every customer. Coupling that with good food, no wonder the queue is forever long!
