4 Flavour Boneless Fried Chicken @ AHTTI Korean Restaurant

What to eat at Jurong’s Vision Exchange? AHTTI Korean Restaurant on the 2nd floor was one that we tried out and had their Korean style fried chicken for this food review.

We had their 4 fried chicken flavours in one, which consisted of their original, yang-nyeom, gan-jang and chili padi.

Original was simply without any sauce coating, but the exterior was amazingly crispy, didn’t felt greasy, and it’s flesh was savoury and OMG juicy!

Gan-jang was their salted sweet flavour coated fried chicken, which was pleasantly sweet, almost caramelizing texture, yet had an overlaying soy-liked taste.

Next was their yang-nyeom sauce on their already amazing fried chicken. This was our personal favourite, which had a mild spiciness while carrying an after taste of sweetness. It had a similarly caramelizing texture on the surface while retaining its juicy and crunchy sensational experience.

Finally there was their chili padi spicy sauce coating. Unlike some other spicy sauce, their sauce was really spicy, and we could literally taste the fresh chili padi used in it. It was somewhat refreshing while feeling the heat at the same time. Damn shiok!

In the middle of the platter was a dish of diced pickled radish for us to cleanse our palette in between each different flavours to get the best experience. Even though the joint was fully packed when we visited, their staff were all friendly and really helpful with their menu.

For 4 different types of juicy crispy and flavourful boneless fried Korean chicken, it cost $39 and would easily be sufficient for 4 pax sharing as a side.

For its pricing and experience, quality and quantity was definitely justified, and we would definitely recommend AHTTI Korean Restaurant if you get sick of Colonel Sanders’ chicken.
